Our Policies

Depending on the thickness and length of hair, additional charges may be applied due to the use of extra product or time needed to provide services.

Blow outs are complimentary with a haircut, the price will not change if you choose to forgo the service. 

Color, extensions, and retexturizing appointments do not automatically come with a cut or blow out service. You must book all services you would like to receive when booking an appointment with us. Please, be aware that time may not allow for any additional services to be added once you are at your appointment. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Your time is very important to us, as is our own. We understand that sometimes life happens, and last minute changes need to be made. Special circumstances will be made with a case-to-case basis and up to the discretion of each stylist. To provide all our loyal and new clients with the best quality services our cancellation policy is as follows:

24-hour notice must be provided for any cancelation or rescheduling appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of all services that were scheduled. Due to the lack of notice we are unable to rebook these services and we miss out on the opportunity to provide a service to other clients. 

We request appointment confirmation 48-hours in advance to provide you with enough time to make any changes to your appointment if need be.

Late Arrival: (15 minutes after appointment time) When you arrive late to an appointment you might be showing up halfway through your time slot and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this case, you would be falling under our 24-hour cancelation policy and charged may be applied. Please, call ahead of your scheduled time to let us know if you will be late so we can appropriately asses if the appointment needs to be moved.
